I’m the persona & the voice behind The Holistic Backpacker – a travel blog dedicated to sharing wild adventures, trip itineraries, holistic wellness resources, and hiking trails from around the world.
Most of the time you’ll find me chasing mountains, camping under the stars, and waking up at ungodly hours to watch the sun rise in Banff National Park – my little home in the mountains.
Other times you’ll find me backpacking Europe, road tripping, and camping wherever nature allows it.
